VECTOR3D: ARENA

A neon wave-shooter drawn entirely in glowing lines — like 1982 never ended.

Every wall, enemy, bullet and letter on screen is a phosphor stroke on black glass. No textures, no polygons you can see — just vectors, bloom, and things that want you dead.

You're locked in an octagonal pit with a pistol. Crystalline shards swarm you. Amber sentinels track you with a floating eye and shoot back. Every wave they come faster, hit harder, and from wave 3 even the shards open fire. The pillars are real cover — bolts splash against them, and so do your shots. Use the geometry or become part of the floor.

How long do you last?

RUNNING IT

Needs a WebGPU browser: Chrome or Edge on any OS, Firefox 141+ on Windows. Desktop + mouse required. If you get a black page, your browser doesn't do WebGPU yet.

HOW IT'S MADE

Built on a hand-rolled Rust + wgpu engine where lines are the only visible primitive — surfaces exist just to occlude the lines behind them, the way vector CRTs always wished they could. Models (including the pistol in your hand) are ordinary Blender exports run through a custom converter that keeps only the edges worth drawing. The whole game — engine, arena, enemies, font — is a 1.2 MB wasm file.
